Where's Gail Kim?
What the hell is takin so long to debut Gail Kin?!?! I'm ready for her to come beat someone's ass, wheter shes a face or a heel. I liked her in her the 1st time n WWE. IMO, WWE slipped up when they let her go but they corrected that mistake. She's a very talented athlete and I feel she will definitely help the Divas division. Maybe she can also help train some of those who lack in the wrestling department so the diva matches will b better. Don't get me wrong, I luv seeing the divas, but y put Eve (just an example) n a match and she cant wrestle yet?
Gail Kim needs to go to Smackdown bc they r a little weaker with wrestling divas. Gail also needs to take McCool's Divas title (if she ever defends it). I like McCool 2, but since she won n JULY their has only been about 2 or 3 Divas title matches. That's not enuf.
I read somewhere that Cail Kim was backstage at the 800th episode of Raw and was introduced to everyone as WWE's newest diva. So isn't it about time she b introduced on TV???
In the end, I don't care is shes on Raw or Smackdown, its just time for her to b on TV.

Cyclones Pull ‘Rank’ On Wheeling In 4-3 Shootout Win
CINCINNATI, Ohio - Cincinnati Cyclones forward Kyle Rank scored two goals in regulation time and another in the shootout to lead the club to a 4-3 shootout win over Wheeling on Friday night. The win extended the Cyclones home unbeaten in regulation time stretch to five games (3-0-2) with the triumph. Martin Houle stopped 21 shots in regulation time and three of five in the shootout to take the victory in his Cyclones debut.
Rank, the second-year pro who played for the Nailers last season, netted his second and third scores of the season at the expense of his former employer.
The Nailers would capitalize late in the first period on a Cyclones missed opportunity with a goal at the 16:35 by Nick Johnson. A shot off the goalpost by a Cyclones player allowed for the Wheeling opportunity. The Cyclones would return fire almost immediately with a goal by Kyle Rank at the 19:13 and gave Rank his second goal of the season. At the end the first period the score is tied one to one.
The second period would remain knotted up until the half way point of the period when Matt Syroczynski scored his ninth goal of the year at the 7:52 mark of the second period. The Nailers would answer moments later with a goal by Johnson his second of the conest at 12:10 of the second period. The second period would end just like the first all knotted up two to two.
The third period would heat up late in the period with two goals with in seconds of each other to keep the game tied three to three. The Cyclones would score at 13:32 with a goal by Rank his second of the game. The Nailers would answer seconds later with a goal by Elgin Reid at 16:17.
The Cyclones are 5-6-3 on the season, while Wheeling is 8-1-5. The teams meet again on Saturday at U.S. Bank Arena for the Kid's Club Game. Faceoff is at 7:30pm and tickets can be purchased at the gate.
Tickets for the 2008-09 Cincinnati Cyclones season are now on sale. The Cyclones Sales Department can be reached at 513-421-PUCK, extension 3. For the latest news, notes and information on the team, visit: www.cycloneshockey.com .
Survivor Series Predictions
This is the first time I have been part of WWE Universe when a PPV is coming up and I wanted to give my predictions for the event.
Raw vs Smackdown Divas Tag Match: To tell you the truth this match don't excite me or get me interested in the slightest, but I believe Raw will win with Beth and Mickie the survivors.
Team HBK vs Team JBL: We have an interesting one here, both teams have some very good preformers, HBK, Rey, John Morrison and MVP. I expect this to be the longest of the Survivor Series matches and I believe Shawn and Rey will win after beating the final 2 of JBL's team, Miz and Morrison.
Team Orton vs Team Batista: I believe it will come down to Orton vs Batista and Orton will win by RKO. Afterwards Batista will be fuming and march off back up the ramp.
Taker vs Big Show - Casket Match: Taker will win (yeah its as simple as that).
WWE Championship - Triple H/Hardy/Kozlov: I am going way out of the box here, I believe Kozlov will win by pinning Jeff Hardy. With his mistakes outside of the ring Jeff wont be given the belt and Triple H's title run is a bit stale, so they might have a Kozlov/HHH fued till the Rumble when HHH will win the belt back.
World Championship Match - John Cena vs Chris Jericho: I expect this match to have a no contest finish. I think Batista and Orton will come out and ruin the match in some way, which will set up different fueds building up to the Rumble.
I would be nice to hear any feedback on this and maybe hear someone elses predictions. So please comment.
UFC: Rampage ripped by Ricky Hatton conditioning coach
Ricky Hatton goes into this weekend's light welterweight boxing clash against Paulie Malignaggi in Las Vegas without the aid of long-time strength and nutrition coach Kerry Kayes. However, the Manchester conditioning coach has stayed in combat sports.
In addition to taking up a post as fitness consultant for Manchester City football club, Kayes has become a consultant for the Wolf's Lair MMA Academy in Runcorn, which is the home to elite UFC fighters Michael 'the Count' Bisping and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson.
'Rampage' is currently deep into his training camp for his third collision with Wanderlei Silva at UFC 92 on December 27. After losing the two previous bouts in Japan, Jackson has enlisted former Team Hatton strength coach Kayes to maximize his preparations for his crucial bout at the MGM Grand at Christmas.
Trainer/manager Anthony McGann said: "You will never have seen the Rampage you're going to see at UFC 92. This is Rampage who has been training with top sparring partners and top experts in all the various fields, top conditioners, top strength and diet experts like Kerry Kayes. This is the Rampage who is going to win back his UFC Title and defend it for years."
Kayes, who has trained elite athletes, bodybuilders and power lifters over a 40-year career in sports, says he was approached by the Wolf's Lair several months ago. He now serves as a consultant for the gym, considered one of the best MMA centres in the world.
The 59-year-old said: "I was invited by the UFC to attend UFC 70 in Manchester last year and was very impressed not only by the athletes but the way they represented the sport. I was then approached by Anthony from the Wolf's Lair and we've come to an arrangement where they use me as a consultant for their top guys like Mike Bisping and Rampage.
"I didn't know what to make of Rampage when I first saw him, but what a nice, lovely human being he is. He's one of the nicest, funniest guys I've ever met, and I worked with Ricky Hatton for over 10 years. Rampage is a real character and although I am more of a consultant with the Wolf's Lair, Rampage has been to my gym in Manchester where Ricky used to train, I've been to the Wolf's Lair and I am always on the end of a phone for all those guys.
"I have been lucky enough to do well in sports, and at my age I don't need to be involved with people I don't like. But I like Rampage, Mike Bisping and the team at the Wolf's Lair. I respect them for coming to someone outside of their comfort zone and scouting for expertise like they have with me. Rampage is physically one of the strongest fighters I've ever seen and after we've redesigned his diet and food intake. He should be stronger than ever for this next fight."

Tuesday, Wednesday (sub), Thursday
This week turned out a little better then last week. First off, I practiced on Sunday. I tried a lot of different things and different balls to see what each one was capable of. I actually ended up completely changing my game by the end of the session, and I shot my 2 best games, a 236 and 269. So that is the shot I went with this week. It is taking a little getting used to, and every once in a while, I still get a little confused because of how drastic the changes were, and still have a tendency to throw my old way. I'm sure in the next week or two, I'll have it down and won't have any more confusion. The thing that I like about the way I changed is that now I have a lot more controll and the shot is more predictable. It showed as the week went on. As I got more comfortable the better I got. Can't wait to try it again next week.
Tuesday: First day on the new shot, 223 ( one open), 181 ( clean- threw 9/ on every shot on the left lane ), 204 ( one open). Series 608.
Wednesday: 216 ( one open ), 249 ( clean ), 201 ( clean ). Series 666. I no-tapped the first 2 games, and only missed the pocket 1 time in the third, I just got stung a few more times. Getting more comfortable with the new shot.
Thursday: 233 ( two opens, missed a 7 pin, and a pocket 7-10 ), 247 ( clean ), 215 ( two opens, missed 10 pin, pocket 4-9 ), Series 695. Needed the first one in the 10th for a 7, and left a solid 10
Overall, I was happy with the week. I am definately getting better with this shot and am starting to see an improvement and have less confusion on how I am throwing the ball. I feel like it has been a change for the better. Only time will tell.
The Wrestler is going to be the greatest wrestling movie ever.
http://link.brightcove.com/services/link/bcpid301778988/bctid2831124001
I just saw the trailer for The Wrestler. on Variety.com (The link above will take you to it.
It is going to be a great movie, and maybe, the greatest wrestling movie ever made.
It reminds me of the last Rocky movie. Bam Robinson trying to get more shot at glory, trying to patch up his relationship with his daughter.
It even reminds me of Million Dollar Baby a bit.
Mickey Rourke captured the character of the show.
and Springsteen's song is beautiful.
It is a movie that some of us can relate too.
easy question from a new comer
Can someone tell me how to change "you favorite video"
